Job Title: Remote Internship – Delivery, Supply Chain, and Vendor Communication

Position Overview:
As a Remote Intern specializing in Delivery, Supply Chain, and Vendor Communication, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include coordinating deliveries, improving supply chain efficiency, and maintaining positive relationships with our vendors, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
– Delivery Coordination: Assist in coordinating delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient shipment of products to customers and retailers, utilizing remote communication tools.
– Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and reduce environmental impact, utilizing remote collaboration platforms.
– Vendor Communication: Act as a remote point of contact for vendors, facilitating communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
– Inventory Management: Support remote inventory control efforts, including monitoring stock levels, conducting virtual audits, and coordinating replenishment orders using online inventory management systems.
– Data Analysis: Analyze delivery and supply chain data remotely to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization, utilizing remote data analysis tools.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate remotely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure alignment of delivery and supply chain activities with overall business objectives, utilizing online collaboration platforms.

Requirements:
– Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– Strong interest in sustainability and environmental stewardship.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in remote communication tools.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Must be a team player with the ability to follow instructions and guidelines in a timely manner.
