At BOHO Bangladesh, we take pride in offering ethically crafted, rustic, and nature-inspired home décor items. Each product is individually handcrafted by artisans, and therefore, slight variations in color, shape, or texture are part of the unique charm of our collection.

However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Return & Exchange Window

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 3 (three) days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us via email or WhatsApp with photo or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

  • All return or exchange requests must be confirmed and approved by our customer support team before sending the item back.

✅ Acceptable Reasons for Return/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product Received
    You received a different item than what you ordered.

  2. Product Arrived Damaged
    The item is broken, cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged during transit. Photo/video proof is required.

  3. Defective Item
    There is a manufacturing flaw or a serious quality issue that makes the product unusable or unsatisfactory.

  4. Item Missing from Order
    One or more items were missing from your delivery. Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  5. Wrong Quantity or Variation
    You received a different size/color/variation than you ordered.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Handcrafted Variations: Slight irregularities in color, texture, glaze, or form are not defects but part of the handmade process.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

  • Custom Orders or Pre-Orders: Products made-to-order or customized on request.

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased under clearance, flash sales, or promotions.

  • Late Returns: Return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved and you request a refund:

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (e.g., bKash, bank transfer, card payment).

  • It may take up to 7–10 working days to process the refund after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be asked to provide a valid bKash or bank account for the refund.

  • In case of partial refunds, store credits may also be issued upon your request.

🔁 Exchange Process

If your item is eligible for exchange:

  • We will replace it with the same item (subject to availability).

  • If the same product is not available, you can opt for a store credit or a refund.

  • Exchange delivery may take an additional 5–7 working days depending on your location.

🚚 Return Shipping & Courier Policy

  • If the issue was caused by us (wrong item, defective/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost and coordinate the pickup or guide you to drop it off at a partner location.

  • If the return is not due to our error (e.g., you want an exchange for personal preference), the customer must bear the full return shipping cost.

  • Returned products must be securely packed. We are not responsible for items damaged during the return shipment.

📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 3 days of receiving the item.
    Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

  2. Wait for Approval from our support team before proceeding.

  3. Pack the Product securely with original tags and packaging.

  4. Return the Item as advised (pickup/drop-off based on your location).

  5. Receive Refund or Exchange after inspection and verification.
