Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our design team to conceptualize and develop new product ideas.
– Assist in the sourcing of materials, ensuring quality and sustainability.
– Participate in the creation process, from prototyping to final production, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
– Help streamline production workflows and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
– Work closely with artisans and craftsmen to execute designs with precision and artistry.

Requirements:
– A strong passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and artisanal products.
– Previous experience in a creative or production role, preferably within the pottery, jute, jewellery and home decor industry would be a plus.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and excellence.
– Knowledge of sustainable practices and materials is desirable.
– Must be a team player with the ability to follow instructions and guidelines in a timely manner.

Job Experience:
It’s an entry level job and we do not require any previous job experience. Experienced in working with handicrafts and natural products would be a plus.
