We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop a deep understanding of our brand ethos, operations, and strategies. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Daily Operations: Support day-to-day activities across different departments, including but not limited to production, marketing, sales, and customer service.
2. Contribute to Creative Initiatives: Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that align with our brand values.
3. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
5. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
6. Sustainability Integration: Work closely with our sustainability team to integrate eco-friendly practices into various aspects of our operations.
7. Learn and Develop: Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/Diploma/Professional degree
– Passion for environmental sustainability and creative innovation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Job Experience:
It’s an entry level job and we do not require any previous job experience. Experienced in working with handicrafts and natural products would be a plus.
